What is a Taicho credit?

Credits are the single usage unit across Taicho. AI generation, research, web searches, delivery, publishing, and agent actions consume credits based on their underlying cost. You can see every deduction in your profile.

When do included credits reset?

Included plan credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Your profile shows a live progress bar, the exact reset date, and a countdown in days, hours, and minutes.

Is there a monthly usage cycle?

No. Credit allowances operate on a weekly reset. Your subscription price may be billed monthly, but there is no monthly credit or usage cycle.

What happens to purchased credits?

Purchased credits do not expire. Taicho uses expiring weekly credits first, preserving purchased credits for later use.

How do feature gates work?

Each plan unlocks specific capabilities. Free covers core content and basic AI, Plus adds complete content, research, and publishing, Pro adds the full outreach, nurture, and automation suite, and Team adds seats, governance, and credit controls.

What is different about Enterprise?

Enterprise is contact-based rather than self-serve. We work with you on on-premises deployment, identity, security reviews, contracted credits, rollout, and support.

You are purchasing Taicho services from Vector Notion Digital. Payments are collected by Vector Notion Digital.

1. Credits and usage

Each plan includes credits that refresh every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Usage charges may apply based on model usage, message volume, and enabled services only where disclosed at checkout or in your order form. The exact features, limits, seats, included credits, usage rates, currency, and total payable amount shown at checkout or in your order form control your purchase.

2. Enterprise pricing

Enterprise plans are custom quoted. Pricing is based on your required seats, contracted credits, onboarding, custom configuration, on-premises deployment, identity and security review, rollout, and dedicated support. All terms, features, and usage rates are defined in your order form. Contact sales for a tailored quote.

3. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout or in your order form.

4. Recurring billing and renewals

All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Your included credits refresh every Monday at 00:00 UTC. You will be charged the total payable amount shown at checkout or in your order form for each renewal unless you cancel before the next billing date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your plan at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No refunds are provided for the current billing period except as required by law or in the case of incorrect or duplicate charges. For details, refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
