Connecting customer systems
Taicho is built to fit your stack. Integration and configuration needs are scoped before purchase or in an enterprise order form. Taicho does not claim prebuilt or named integrations. All connection requirements are confirmed with you before activation.
Onboarding and activation
Standard access instructions are delivered electronically after successful payment and required verification. You’ll receive clear steps to set up your workspace, provide your inputs, and start running workflows.
After payment
After payment and account verification, customers receive access to the Taicho platform and the features included in their selected plan. Enterprise onboarding and custom configuration timelines are confirmed separately in the applicable order form.
Enterprise delivery
Enterprise customers receive a tailored implementation. This may include on-premises deployment, security and identity reviews, custom rollout and support, seats, and contracted credits. All requirements, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in the enterprise order form before onboarding begins.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business context, approved content, and any lead data you are authorized to use. You control your workflow settings and review all outputs before publishing or sending. Taicho operates on the information you provide—your guidance shapes the results.
